  • Guest user：Selcuklu Konagi is in the old section of the city; cars do not have any access. The staff comes and picks up your luggage from where ever you parked your car at. It has the most beautiful view of the Mesopotamia Valley. It has a big terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or tea/ coffee with the valley below. Extremely courteous and friendly staff.We stayed at the lower level which was less expensive since we did not have the valley view but I figured we were not going to stay in the room during the day anyways. Their breakfast is to die for! They serve everything you can think of for a breakfast . The city is magical, the hotel is superb! They close at the end of November and open up in March . If I am not mistaken they have only 10 rooms . So make sure to call them ahead of time to guarantee your reservation.

  • Guest user：We went to Mardin for Bayram holiday with my family and had the best experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff Erdem, Zozan, Zeyni, and Hasan. The experience was like my home away from home. The hotel was beautiful, a little on the expensive side but I think it was due to the local Bayram holiday in Turkey. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The hotel felt like staying at a historic mansion. The breakfast was delicious and the staff treated us like their own family. Mardin stole our hearts... . It's amazing place full of history, culture,delicious food and the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in my life..... we all absolutely loved it there and the hotel was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here next time.
  • Guest user：It was a perfectly decorated hotel with luxurious rooms. We felt like we travelled back in time. The breakfast was perfect. The breakfast area has the perfect Mesopotamia view. The local food was superb. The hotel is super clean and the staff is very professional and helpful. One should be careful because you need to climb the stairs. so anyone with health issues about that should reconsider. Otherwise everything was perfect. The moment you step out of the hotel, you’re in the old city center with lots of shops and places to explore. Will definitely stay again
